Learning how to divide with Legos

Good morning
I had a broken phone and could not post for 3 days. I dropped the phone this past Thursday and the face plate shattered . I tried taking out the SIM card and installing it
in a old phone 📞 that I had. The old phone had to be unlocked by the carrier. It was such a mess that I decided to buy a new phone. Any way I’m back to posting “ Learning how to divide with Legos”

It feels so good to be out of the 7’s and into the 8’s. The 7 table felt like we were there
forever. I forgot to say “ Welcome to the
&’s” in my introductory speech.

There is not much difference in the 8’s from other tables and in the next video I will post the remainder’s.

Let’s get down to business ;

Twenty divided by eight 8️⃣ equal =
two 2️⃣ point (.) five(5️⃣)
No need to round off

20 divided by eight (8️⃣) leaves a remainder
of four(4️⃣)

4/8. = 1/2 =0.5

I will do the remainder R values now:

(R) Fraction Answer

20—4— 4/8=1/2=0.5
19—3—3/8=0.375
18—2—2/8=1/4=0.25
17—1—1/8=0.125
15—7—7/8=0.875
14—6—6/8.=3/4=0.75
13—5—5/8=0.625

They repeat from here
Example ;

6 divided by 8 gives us a R factor of 6 and from the table above 6/8= 3/4= 0.75

We will get into rounding 🆙 when we are
in a number.

the jist of what we are doing.
