Huawei P9 vs P9 Plus

We compare Huawei's two just-announced flagship smartphones - the P9 and P9 Plus. There's not actually that much size difference between the two, with the P9 coming in at 5.1 inches and the P9 Plus at 5.5. So, what is different? Well, there's autofocus on the front camera in the P9 variant for starters, plus it has 4GB of RAM - the standard for killer flagships of 2016. But is that enough to fork out - what we assume - will be another hundred or so pounds?

I can't see Huawei taking on Samsung, LG or Motorola at this point in time in the western market. Agree with you on the UI.

i hoped for a 6inch version of the p9 with killer specs...
i was really hyped but now im a little disappointed
i would rather take the mate 8 (but the premium mate 8 isn't available in my country)

these are among the only foreign phones i like that are available in my country but i wish the price of the p9 was 25 dollars or so, just like the mi5

I just don’t like Huawei's overlay nor the brand name.
Also I want a front speaker, why cant this be done?
Also, I want a black phone that is matt color so i don’t spend 20% of my day cleaning the phone.

I just don't get why they put that black bezel around the screen. Also not happy with the camera's, i mean it's nice dual camera setup and al but i am no photographer. I just want an auto mode to shoot a nice picture without having to tweak al the settings first. Will wait for something else... The p9 plus has a nice design though.
