USS George Washington Commemorates Battle of Iwo Jima

The U.S. Navy's forward deployed aircraft carrier USS George Washington took time out of its busy patrol schedule to honor Marines and Sailors lost during the Battle of Iwo Jima, as the ship passed within view of the historic World War II battle site.
