Bilt with the 1000 bonus cap on rent day also makes the math less favorable for it. You can also no longer get bonus points for tax payments either.

And expect more devaluations in the near future. Bilt is going to eventually be worthless outside of 1% on rent.

Also how can you compare these as Travel cards without actually including any travel in your budget? 5X on flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises makes a huge difference compared to the 2X on Bilt, or 4X only on rent days.

You can’t be valuing different perks equally. The CSP 60k sign up bonus alone is atleast 10 points.
