I am trying to do the application and it says 2 documents are required, to upload your certificate and to send a transcript. I do not see the option to upload my certificate. Do I need to first complete the application and pay? Before I will be given the option to upload the document? Please anyone with the answer lemmi know 😊

University sends the transcripts, it means I'll've to contact the university.? And can the university mail WES or only post is the option?

Very good information. I've an doubt. Once we upload documents into WES account, to collect diploma transcripts we've to visit DTE in person and apply for transcripts (They charge INR 3000). Once we transcripts are available (processing time 10 days) to send to WES, should we also fill WES Academic records request form and send along with transcripts in an sealed envelope?
