Something I loved about their relationship that Scott and Malia didn’t have was how fun and lighthearted it could be, while still dealing with very serious stuff. They clearly cared for each other a lot but it was navigating society and control and discovering what it’s like to even BE in a relationship. He didn’t have to wait for Malia to see him. She liked him even when he was possessed. She trusted him not to hurt her. She was like the girl version of him in some ways. It’s not constant ripping off shirts and having sex in showers like other relationships in the show are (minus Stydia which was ruined by the movie). Their relationship was intimate in its own way
