When using ultrasonic, mechanical vibrations are transmitted under pressure on the ends of the plastic straps joining them together. A special sonotrode produces a very strong consistent sealing. The ultrasonic sealing unit is immediately ready for operation due to the omission of prior heating time. Smells or melding residues do not occur.
