In this video I’m going to be covering 10 of what I believe are some of the more obscure mods out there, meaning either they launched with little fanfare and are still relatively unknown or have some rare assets not found elsewhere that are hard to find.

The AHE99 buff is so cool. I love this helicopter so much and it's my favorite to fly and this heavy attack version of it is just perfect.

Another obscure mod, if you haven't covered it yet, is AAPM (Advanced Armor Plate Mod) by the wonderful El Berl. Although it hasn't been updated in a year or two, it's still extremely good imo.

Artic is one of the newer unique Maps that is out, if you're looking for a small ops(13 to 20 man) that is a map for you.

I NEED an M50 Ontos mod, im surprised Unsung didn’t have it tbh. It was a tank destroyer with 6 external recoilless rifles that the Marine corps used heavily in Vietnam. There’s nothing in any mod that’s even close to this thing

While I've been playing Arma for years, I started playing DayZ SA in the past year since all my favorite A3 Exile servers went kaput, really wish there were someone as competent and as thorough as yourself trying to showcase some of the mods over there, it's a mess the way they've been laid out (there's probably way more now, but the last I checked awhile back there were say, 80k+ "mods" for DayZ SA on the Workshop, but they're not like A3's mods, you'll have a bunch of "private" server mods mixed in unusable except by that specific server, "mods" uploaded that are actually collections of already published mods put into a "pack" for a certain server, more private mods people are just testing, and dumb server owners making "mods"(not) of just adjusted CE's or moved or added assets for their server that again, ends up being listed as a damn "mod", no sorting that works, keywords don't help, no idea if it's just the stupidity of the people uploading stuff, or if it's something BI or DayZ or Steam has done to make it happen that way, but I never had a problem finding actual mods or maps or vehicles for Arma 3) 🤣

5:00 I played Argo for many years till it got cancelled and loved how I was able to make something close to a Milsim unit within Argo. We had one guy import gear from Arma 3 which we couldn’t get in Argo

actually it's the T-64 which is the reason why we have the T-72. The T-72 is based on the T-64 but simplified a lot more to be easier to produce

A mod I use for single player attack heli gameplay is All In One Command Menu. I use the feature that lets you sorta fly while being in the gunner seat without losing weapon control

You should try Crows Zeus mod and crows Electronic warfare mod

you should check out BFM. Although focused in the brazilian armed forces, the mod also brings a f*ckload of factions, such as argentina, the brits, Venezuela, Guyana, a NATO - South America faction and a couple of others more.

I used to play argo somewhat because I couldn't run/get arma 3 at the time. While I am sad that Argo is gone from steam I have/can play arma 3 now and with praire fire I have been having too much fun with. Great mods list as well!
