I measured myself and I'm a shirt sleeve length 34. I have worn both a 34 and 33 inch sleeve shirt and they end up at the same location. Almost like if the shirts interchangeable.

What seems to be more important is the wrist cuff width and that its long enough. Slightly too long will create somewhat baggy sleeves but this is not a big deal. The last thing you want is too short sleeves, which is irrversible

Wait….”to the wrist to the first knuckle of the thumb” *…but…measures to first knuckle of index finger*…..well….which is it? If it’s a coat, or sweater I wouldn’t think finger knuckle long is too long….but if it’s for like, a dress shirt, you’d look like a child. Then again, is this assuming the the sleeve cuffs will be roll back once? What kind of shirt is this measured for??? What if the material is stretchy?! I clarity! @~@

and nobody bothered to invent arm length from the actual arm and not the neck area? lol😅
