I think it would be helpful to detangle, stretch or blowdry the hair first and apply a heat protectant. Since we know 4C hair loves shrinkage, it's going to take a bit more prep 💕
Thank you for this video! Most of their promo videos for black hair shows people with hair that's already heat-damaged, or permed, a looser texture, or mostly already straightened :/

My little girl.has this type of.hair and the straightener won't go through without it being detangled. This is the best review I've seen that is relatable to my daughters hair type so thank you. Normal straighteners and heat brushes won't straight my daughters hair properly and don't get near the scalp either

Hey Beautiful!! Thanks for this because my daughter has 4c hair. Also, if you get some shears to cut your hair, it's MUUUUCH easier to trim. Walmart had them for like $13. Very worth it. Plus, regular scissors pull your hair and don't give an even cut. Have a wonderful day, love!💖

Great video. Remember a wide tooth comb is best when you detangle in small sections. CHI Heat protectant is a great brand to use on your hair before applying any heat. I hope this helps.

I think I am the only one old enough to remember, but isn't this just a pressing comb re-branded? Nothing straightened better than the comb on the stove. But even an electric pressing comb will do.

I hate it when a lot of people come on here with the softest hair even though the hair is curly they're trying to yesterday demonstrate on the hair that is so easy to use this product on but here is a woman with a hair that I have and she's using the product exactly how I would use it however I would definitely treat my hair 1st and make it soft and also put some heat protection it before I straighten my hair I would not straighten my hair dry like that I mean that's just standard it's not extra work is stand it that's um yeah my texture is exactly like yours and it makes a big massive difference thank you
