Because he never gets angry or lashes out. People always hurt the people who are not able to give them consequences.

Alot of youtubers will never do anything publicly with Nux, but are still good friends with him and talk regularly with him privately.
He completely understands, because at the end of the day this is a career for most of them. So he gets that they don't want to risk their career and income, since he is a very chaotic and often controversial figure.
