I like how people are acting as if the robot is a retiring racehorse and William's house is the glue factory.

After a long career battling bots, the Robot Formerly Known as Red Devil retired to a luxuriously life of wanton destruction of helpless furniture.

Red Devil used for this is like a retired wrestler working in a demolition company in his full wrestling costume and it's beautiful.

Tbh if anyone was to get a retired Battle Bot, I'm glad its William. It kinda feels like when a race horse retires and just gets to go have a chill farm life, but more like the bot's full potential for reasonable chaos can now be reached.

I'm glad Will could save a Battlebot from being forced to murder its own kind and gave it a nice wholesome home where it has lots of non-robot objects to destroy

"You can't use battlebots like that" I'm sorry, should all battlebots die in the ring? This little guy is just enjoying his retirement by destroying things, battlebots can't live their entire lives battling eachother.

I can't understand why people would be upset with Will buying this battlebot. First off, the owner sold it, meaning it probably was being "retired" anyway. And for people saying it should have been sold to someone who wanted to get into robot fighting, this size of robot is REALLY rare in competition. Most bots, if I recall, fall between 10 and 50 lbs; you'd never find a buyer. Additionally, Will has been on the set of Battlebots multiple times, which tells me he has to have some connection with the competition. Not to mention he was able to fix it. This isn't just some random YouTuber buying the bot for a one-off video, he'll clearly maintain and use it regularly.

As someone who watched battlebots growing up, I'm glad that someone bought the bot, and it's doing something with it, instead of leaving in a garage to collect dust.

Less than 5 seconds in and something has shattered. Glad to see the chaos is still here!

The continuity of this channel is just beautiful, he really pretends to not care that a 3 week old chicken nugget's organic material is slowly being replaced by sediment thus forming a McFossil™ in the back seat of his car.
