Pre-Calculus - Solving inequalities with radicals

This video will describe how to solve inequalities with radicals. Remember you have to first find where the radical is defined for real numbers, then you have to solve it directly. The intersection of these two intervals will give you the final answer.

You don't want to square over an inequality - it does not always work.
2>-3 is true, but square both side and you have a false statement 4>9. If you condition the statement that both sides are greater than zero, then you can square both sides and have a true statement. (just trying to point out the flaw - no offense tended)
