North Texas woman hit and killed by stray bullet, police say

A Forest Hill family was enjoying time together outside when stray bullets started raining down in their backyard. It struck two women, and one of them died.

So how did it happen? Random gunfire? Deliberate aiming at the fence? We need them details cuz I’m not about to sacrifice rights for a sense of security because someone else is dumb with their weapons.
