Flow throwing is awesome for your shoulders and a good way to start introducing more athletic moves into your Rope Flow routine.

1. Throwing is a modular pattern, you can find different ways to LOAD it, THROW it and RECOVER.

Recovery is necessary because the rope never leaves your hand, so you need to dissipate all the energy you LOADED into the throw.

2. Ace is an explosive throw, like a serve in tennis. Can be loaded from dragon rolls. Notice the transfer of energy on the foot-shoulder line.

3. Spiral dynamics throw is like a natural throw.

4. The Pitch loads on one leg with an UH sneak.

5. A drill to explore using the recovery from one throw to load the next.
