If you look to the Island and Interior days on market and inventory numbers having been increasing since last fall. This is now in the Valley and will start in the fall in Vancouver.
Do not buy pre sale do not buy anything till 2025- we will have 10-20% off list prices today buy waiting another 8-12 months.
Prices have peaked.
immigration is slowing.
Lay offs are coming

Prices are overvalued for all houses now in Abbotsford. Houses that did not sell last year was reposted again with the increase of $100, 000. Most of the houses that comes to market these days does not look good and very outdated. People are holding good houses and i believe they will come out in the year 25-26. I wonder what jobs pay in Abbotsford to afford a 1.2 million home

Nooo, why do you people do this to these poor realtors?? they have to list more houses now to get their big fat commissions. That will bring their ratio of $$ to hours work to ridiculous levels. They didn't sign up to work more than 100 hours per year. Just look at his thumbnail in this video, I fee very sorry for him
