I'm crying - my sweet and wonderful Nanna had this at her Independent Living apartment at a care facility in North Carolina just for my sister and I to entertain ourselves with as kids while we and our folks were visiting with her during the early summers. This brings back fond memories that seemed to have been made only just yesterday. She would have white packing paper strewn about on large cardboard cutouts on her cream-colored nylon carpet for us to paint on....and while we were painting, she would sit down near us across from my parents on her green-and-roses print loveseat tucked under the window that overlooked the facility's veranda that was vibrant with the season's flowers, the smell of their sweetness wafting into the room as the window was left propped open. There would be a cup of coffee in her hands and a smile on her face that never faded as she watched, only for that smile to widen as our eyes met from time to time, the afternoon sunlight kissing her cherry-red lips and rose-blushed cheeks. If I could have a large memory bottle consisting of my fondest ones and could pull out and physically relive any one of those memories - this would be one of them. I miss her so much. ❤

I had one as a kid, my parents got me this giant crayola craft bucket and it had one of these in it, I forget what else it had but we still use the bucket to store cat food!

If i remember correctly, as a kid it was hard for me to use. Mostly bc i always ended up mixing the colors
