Governor Baker COVID-19 Update: September 23rd, 2020

Governor Baker and team gave an update on the COVID-19 virus and response in Massachusetts. Baker spoke from Mill City BBQ and Brew in Lowell, and talked about the state's Commonwealth Places program which provides funding to help communities develop public spaces during COVID-19 recovery efforts. Baker spoke about the need for in-person education for students living in communities where the virus transmission rate are low, and also announced that state guidelines will now allow 10 people per table at restaurants, effective Monday 9/28.
