What 5 Toxic Foods You Are Eating Daily?

What are the 5 toxic foods you are eating daily?
In NO particular order:
1. Fruit juice: Fruit juice and soda contain similar amounts of sugar. Still, soda is likely harmful to your health, regardless of the amount you consume, whereas fruit juice may only increase your risk of disease when drunk in large amounts. It contains Fructose which is sweeter than glucose and it is processed in the liver.
2. Soy: Fermented Soy---- is NOT bad for us.
Many people avoid eating soy protein due to its phytoestrogen content, as there's concern that this compound can disrupt natural hormone levels in your body. Phytoestrogens are compounds that occur naturally in plants, notably soy. They have estrogen-like properties that bind to estrogen receptors in your body. Soy can cause some mild stomach and intestinal side effects such as constipation, bloating, and nausea. It can also cause allergic reactions involving rash, itching, and breathing problems in some people
3. Vegetable Oil:
According to leading scientists, cooking with vegetable oils releases high concentrations of toxic chemicals called aldehydes, a result of degradation of the fatty acids in oils, which have been linked to diseases, including arthritis, heart disease dementia and cancer. Vegetable oil has been shown to cause inflammation and disrupt hormone signaling in ways that lead to increased risk of many diseases.
4. Conventional Dairy:
Milk and other dairy products are the top source of saturated fat in the American diet, contributing to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease. Studies have also linked dairy to an increased risk of breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers. Conventional dairy is filled with antibiotics, hormones, and steroids all of which can cause significant harm to your health.
5. Artificial Sweeteners:
Studies dating back to the 1970s linked the artificial sweetener saccharin to bladder cancer in rats. Since then, research has shown that those findings don't apply to people. Some research on long-term, daily use of artificial sweeteners suggests a link to a higher risk of stroke, heart disease and death overall.
