What we need is for the public to start putting pressure on congress to exert more authority over the FBI and the DOJ. Without serious checks and balances we devolve into a banana republic.

I’m not an anarchist, I believe the government has a legitimate role in a functioning democracy. We need good government that is operating justly and efficiently. Let’s get back to the basics. The federal government deals with macro level issues. The state governments deal with mid level issues and local governments take care of micro-issues while families and communities work together. Its not rocket science.
