There is actually an issue with sign in with google button on register page (on sign in page it works fine) when you provide googleProviderConfigs. It however can be resolved very easily by providing the google sign in button separately.

In firebase you can do Anonmous login. Does this package handle it? If so when an anonymous user converts to and identified users does this package keep the same UID, or does it assign it a different one,

Couldn't use the Google provider, it asks for client ID and works only for web flutter. There's a PR that solves the problem but was never published
