You can also run it on cloud console using cloud editor, you can make directories, store and run files.

Is it too much to ask for gcloud support of dev_appserver with python3 on windows? It's Really important for testing whole app functionality with a local instance of datastore and memcache.

All most all of the Google Cloud videos mention Node.js as a programming language . Not sure what is the reason for that. Your screens clearly mention that as a run time.
