I feel like Genghis Khan should not be on this list. While he does have a high kill count, he was also tolerant to other cultures when other people from other cultures were not. Himmler was never a Leader. Technically he was the leader of the Waffen SS. But he was never a word leader like the rest of the dictators you showed. As a history nerd, I am crying due to this mistake.
