Fold. It doesn’t need to be perfect but better than scrunching any day

scruntching can be done with a small amount of the paper and it creates a large surface to wipe where as folding causes the paper to only apply pressure to your bum where your fingers are pressing into it. So unless you wipe with your palm, scrunching makes for better cleaning. Also scrunching doesn't make hold so I dont know what he was thinking

I use water, i don’t know how people leave traces of poo on their ass all day
