An Introduction to Fluid Dynamics in Aerospace Engineering

This video is the first of three that I have produced as part of my Personal Project in the International Baccalaureate (IB) school system. In many international schools worldwide that adopt this teaching method, Grade 11 is the last year of the Middle Years Programme, and is the third last year of school. In order to have access to the Diploma Programme, which comprises Grades 12 and 13 (the final two years of "high school"), students must develop a project on their own, which is based on a topic they are passionate or interested about. In my case, I chose to give my assignment the title "The Physics of Flight and Ground Effect", and created a series of 3 videos as one of my two "products" for the end of my project, giving a visual representation of my secondary product, being a thorough research paper.

This preliminary upload gives an introduction to the main aspects of aerospace engineering, as well as providing a detailed discussion of the components of fluid dynamics and aerodynamics relating to this field of study.

The sole purpose of these three uploads will be to increase awareness relating to topics that many people are not informed about, in addition to sharing the knowledge that I have acquired relating to aerospace engineering and fluid dynamics during this 7-month-long process.
