6500 gems total to upgrade apprentice builder, and for it to work for just one hour in a day is crazy

the apprentice builder is essentially one third of a builder, for the price of every other builder combined x2

Here's some maths:

With 6500 gems you can buy around 23 builder potions which will skip around 48 days (57 days if 6th builder unlocked)

With 6500 gems if you upgrade the builder apprentice to max.
it will take around 5 months (150 days) to skip 50 days.

So in short at max level it will skip 10 days every month or 120 days (4 months) every year.

Builder's Apprentice is a clear money grab from Supercell.. but the tactical update is a nice QOL change and the Hard Mode will be a nice challenge. 😅

Upgrading the builder huts should increase the speed of the builders. That would be a nice feature.

Guys the apprentices builder is good for one reason
When an upgrade is finishing in middle of night when we are asleep then we can use this builder to make the upgrade shorter to daytime

At max lvl hes off setting 2920 hours per year. Your 6 builders total yearly output is 52560 hours. Do what you want with this info

an apprentice costs 6500 gems for 1hr/day while a fully grown and educated man costs 500gems for 24/7 work for the rest of his life i think we are not the only ones getting scammed

People saying builder apprentice is a money grab are right yet wrong, we get free gems from the mine and the apprentice is not necessary, we have 6 builders already and have been doing fine so far this apprentice is just for those who want to spend that bit extra on their free game
