The way the annual budget is allocated NEEDS to be changed. If a department needs the money give it to them. If they don't, don't penalize them. The budget does NOT need to go up every year. Somebody's getting rich off this deal..

California nailed me for $822.00 on my first vehicle registration renewal.(Tag) What's not known is that some S.W. States offer 'Lifetime' registration and most have 6 year 'tags'.

And lets not forget that retiring Congressmen, fat with campaign contributions, can choose to put those contributions into a Leadership PAC, where is disappears. There are no accounting requirements whatsoever on Leadership PACs, it is just a fancy name for the Congressmen to keep their millions. Only when we clean up the corruption ion Congress, will we have people willing to keep the federal agencies in line.
