USA and Philippines are always good friends. Not just political. I don't like the press releases talking about USA having an opportunity to increase military there and making comparisons like we are competing with China because of this disaster. who cares about China. Our relationship has never been about that. We are always good friends and allies. Thank You Philippines for always being such good loyal friends and helping the USA military all these years.

they need need buns of doctors, transient/tents/temporary shelter, transportation, medical team and medicine, manpower(students) to repack and distribute the relief goods to alleviate the thousands in pain now in remote areas of leyte, samar, aklan, antique, iloilo, coron  palawan, all in all 900 islands after the yolanda aftermath, the overwhelming number of injured, and sick are very alarming

The tragedy is that this could have been minimized and not caused so many deaths or damage if thePhilippine government was not so corrupt and incapable of managing the affairs of a sovereign state. THe government is to blame for this horrific loss of life and devastation that has taken such a huge human toll on this country.
1. Poor local planning
2. poor to no national planning
3. poor building codes
4. Corruption
5. Lack of proper shelters
6. lack of proper disaster relief force
7. Lack of military assistance and training
8. Poor governance by retarded family monarchy leaders
9. Ill equipped emergency response teams and lack of them
10. Lack of citizen response to warnings of pending storm potential
All of these reasons are biggest contributors of the damage and loss of life in the philippines...they live in the most dangerous region for storms, typhoons, earthquakes and tsunami's but they did not prepare and don't plan out long term needs to avoid such issues. This is their own failures and their own stupidity that brought such devastation to these people and now they pay the price. Im sorry for them but foreign countries should not have to always bail out morons such as them. They want to be a sovereign country when things are good but then when they fuck it up they expect and plead for others to come to the rescue and US tax payer to pay for their failures...this is ridiculous.
