Mike is the true 🐐 GOAT of this bodybuilding game. Work ethic and smarts unmatched. A lot of bodybuilders have great genetics and are “enhanced”. None of them look this good year in and year out, and remain injury free, and dense muscle with the insane strength to go along w it. Mike is a living legend just be happy you can get this knowledge while he’s still here!!!

“Silly little foot drills for the quarterback.” That is no lie. Every little centimeter in every rep matters. Sure, it’s only ~10 simple, warm-up reps today.. In a week that’s ~50 reps.. In a month that’s 200 reps.. a year and that is 2400 reps. Train every rep to greatness.

Mikes competing at the top level with the top fitness lifters of any and all ages. Their are very few people who have as good of body as him or lift as much as him period. He also has a tremendous amount of great knowledge that he shares with everyone who watches.

This is gold. The techniqe you warm up with is the technique you get on your working sets. If you change it up all of a sudden you’re gonna stumbIe. I remember I discovered this for myself when I was 17.

The reason why Mike O'hearn is the cream of the crop is that physic is 53 looks better the 95% of most 25 year olds....and that physic is All show and Go....because Mike is strong as F. Legend!

I am always do warming up sets, before i do my working sets. I work out for 23 years now. Never had any injuries.
