Can you please update your plugin, it has been 11 months and wordpress wont allow it and i cannot sell. i have already added in wordpress directory, php, backed up and disabled all plugins, website is live, cleared cache, disconnected and reconnected, everything.

I love using Printify, but I am so frustrated with you guys right now! I'm putting this here because using your little chat or contact customer service is getting me absolutely nowhere. I have a client that's interested in purchasing a few hundred mugs but I have submitted a request for a bulk order quote, I believe four times, and have not heard back from any of them! I try your chat and everyone assures me I will be getting my quote, but I never do. My cases get closed with no resolution. There's no way to speak with a supervisor or manager or log a complaint. I don't understand what the problem is. I know I submit my correct email address. Could someone please please please get in touch with me! ASAP! If I haven't lost this client already, I'm feeling that I certainly will soon. I submitted my first request at least three weeks ago, maybe four. Please help. Thank you
