Late spring and nice, warm and dry weather, time to re-pot or mount my Barkeria whartoniana. This is how I grow mine indoors in a home environment and sheltered outside during summer.

Your Barkeria whartoniana puts mine to shame, so tomorrow I intend to pot it. That still leaves me with one mounted (having already potted one up in rock wool). I have the same terracotta pot as you, which I am keeping as a spare 😉 I will join in with your CareCollab, because there aren't that many who grow this and it will be interesting to see how differently we each grow ours. Looking forward to your next unboxing video, thank you!

Hi Marc, your potting mix choices are quite varied and unique. Is the Black Sponge that you used for this plant sold for plant use or did you cut some artificial sponges that were made for cleaning use?

I'm going to repot them today they just don't work on a mount (for me) new growth keeps rotting away and I can't keep them hydrated enough
