yoy didn't try to remove the display conector on the m-board and check with the hdmi. i noticed the pin camera on the laptop is off center. comeone opened the lid and fiddled inside there aswell. Well done anyway Sorin . Legend as always. Thank you for your genuine content. All the best

Sorin, since the caps lock turns on. Then it means the laptop is definitely working. some devices wont display on an hdmi output if it is on the bios menu. Hdmi output only works on Windows. Sometimes only when the graphics driver is installed on the windows OS. You can try disconecting the lvds cable or install an ssd with a windows OS. Then try the hdmi output again

I received a laptop from a customer that Sorin couldn't repair. It ended up being the negative reality inverter.

The switch for the video signals can be faulty, too. The 3USB chip. I had a broken one. Not shorted but open signals. Exchange was successful.

I noticed that the camera at the top of the bezel seemed which if it is could mean someone had it opened who knows but it could be unplugged inside and some laptops won't post to hdmi. It could also be a faulty lcd all together I would check for backlight voltage too. Love your videos and your character <3

Hi Sorin thanks for the video, KB9022Q often short! I replace them regularly on MSI and Asus laptop. On Asus laptop it would be easy pizza because no need to program, just empty ENE it will auto program.

As someone else says, why did you disregard the screen problem? Sometimes hdmi output not functional until windows joins the party, right?
