Hi Titan I have made Ali fixtures using the brass hex fixture clamps and the fixture worked great but after a few times of doing the job the tapped heli coil holes hole started getting sloppy so the fixture clamps were not clamping the jobs sufficiently enough. Have you ever encountered this and if so how did you get round it?
