A really cool fact here, the person who did the reentry scene for this is Bryce Dallas Howard, child of Ron Howard who directed apollo 13 and this is a tribute to the Re entry scene from that film

Something I really like about the Mandalorian now more than ever are the aliens and overall vibe of Star Wars it gets right. In the razor crest there’s a frog, a green smaller frog creature, and a human covered in space armor. Unlike Andor where every character is a normal person with no originality or visual effects.
