I still have an open mind. I would need to hear from both sides to determine if a homicide was committed and be comfortable what type, depending on what I believe was in the mind of the accused. After all, Floyd was under powerful illegal stimulants as well as having heart disease

I'm waiting for the trial in which ALL of the evidence comes out. From what I know now, 3rd degree is probably the best they will get. If that. And the other cops should have all charges dropped.
