BC Sol was able to start winning battles and eventually advance to the World League Tournament once they got their act together.

I'm a simple man, I hear this song. What do I envision?
Volt vs Red-Eye
They tied so many times! Can you imagine a Yu-Gi-Oh Duel or a Bakugan Brawl so closely matched? Or even a Pokemon Battle so close? They spend a whole episode showing how tough they both were and kept everyone on the edge of their seats every second! At this point in the series Volt didn't even care about the title anymore, he was fighting to save his friend. Nothing more, nothing less. And in that determination, he became the champion. The true arc of a hero, achieving their original goal and saving not the world, but someone they care about. And the fight was made even more intense by the fact Red-Eye had beaten him several times before and even destroying everyone else's Beyblades to climb the ranks, showing his ruthless drive and real potential for him to win and for Volt to have to try beating him next season. I actually felt the pressure Volt did as I watched the fight drag on, over and over, neither one appearing to gain an advantage.
