I think this guy anchor Rahul Kunal, should be more polite. He is just a simple less educated journalist (when compared to whom he is interviewing) and he is speaking to a guy who has cleared UPSC exam and an ex-IAS Officer. These journalists should become more decent, polite and humble while speaking to higher officials. Keeping his hands on his hips while being seated for food shows how much he feels insecure or trying to show arrogance. His lack of knowledge or lack of confidence makes the anchor to exhibit inappropriate gestures or trying to be over confident. However, one can easily make out which vessel is half full and while vessel is full. Empty vessels make more noise.
