The weird thing is after the first bounce, the pilots on the plane were making fun of it, and how it feels like riding on a horse. Therefore, that’s how the pilots last words were “ride em Cowboy!”
nvm it was “Fire! Oh god!”

FedEx Flight 80 was a cargo flight that crashed during landing at Narita International Airport in Japan on March 23, 2009 ¹. The McDonnell Douglas MD-11F jet was flying from Guangzhou, China, to Tokyo, Japan, when it crashed at 6:48 a.m. local time ². The crash was attributed to a series of "porpoising oscillations" that developed during touchdown, following a high sink rate during the final approach ². Both pilots, Kevin Kyle Mosley and Anthony Stephen-Pino, were killed in the crash ¹. The Japan Transport Safety Board published its final report on April 26, 2013, and made several safety recommendations, including improving the controllability and maneuver characteristics of the MD-11 series airplanes ².

FedEx Express Flight 14 was a scheduled cargo flight from Singapore to Newark, New Jersey, via Malaysia, Taiwan, and Alaska. On July 31, 1997, the aircraft flying this route crashed during landing on its final segment at Newark International Airport (EWR), inverting and catching fire, injuring all five people on board.[1]

The FedEx flight 80 was a cargo plane or a passenger plane. It crashed from the tire bounces on the runway. When it turned sideways that made it to where the wing fell off and caught fire. The Engines fell off and slid down the runway. The plane was still going and flipping. The pilot wasn’t dead yet. But he did die when the crash ended. It exploded and lots of parts were on the runway like wings, the front of the plane and some windows. This crash was so severe that it killed everyone on board. It almost hit some of the runway security. The crash is still remembered to this day. Hope this helped! ❤

FedEx 80. A Boeing 747 (B747) of pilot fatigue made the plane bouncing and it was burnt when it crashed. 2 Fatalities/0 survivors.

this is what scares me about planes; you never know if your going to have a malfunction, meaning your in a possible crash, its always 50/50, and i probably will never change from southwest.
