I feel like even though Sung wouldn't be considered S rank by himself after Season 1 I'm pretty sure he would be able to put up a good fight and maybe even beat a low S rank hunter using Igris which is a high A rank and maybe even low S rank knight as said in the anime and him having so many diverse skills like stealth and killing intent might confuse the S rank enough for Sung to get the win like what happened with Kang earlier on
