I pre-ordered the L-16 Camera approximately two years before its initial release. When I received the camera it was somewhat disappointing, however Light has been doing software updates since that release and the camera has improved significantly with each update. Also, if good photography is important to a consumer a higher price will not deter phone buyers. The idea that a smartphone is just a device for making telephone calls is no longer relevant. A smartphone has several valuable functions (maps, navigation, search, mobile assistant, scanner, camera, photo gallery, mobile video player, mobile audio player) which make higher pricing somewhat acceptable.

Am I the only person who actually likes the idea? I only use my phone for music, phonecalls/texts (duh) and taking photos. If they could release a version with just some snapdragon 820 at a reasonable price it'd be happy.
