Actually the Fish Sandwich in Istanbul is the worst streetfood snack you can have.

It is just so freaking dry.
No sauce except the artifictual lemon.

The fish, which cames from Norway, is also not cleaned from the bones. So it is actually not eatable as a sandwich.

It is just some peace of dry fish slamed between dry bread.
Not worth at all.

Same with the lokma.
It is just dripping of suggar/glucose sirup.
One bite and the rest ist for the trash cane.

Bread/dough, suggar, fat.
No wonder why turkey has a big problem with diabet and being fat.
