Update - You can transfer Pokemon from bank with the mobile version of Pokemon Home as well, its slightly hidden in the options menu. Options -> Account -> Move.

My favorite of the 3 Kanto starters is Squirtle but I already have a Squirtle with the Rain Dish ability that I moved up from Ultra Moon & started breeding so once I get the app, I’ll probably pick Bulbasaur. I have Home on my Switch, already been using it there, definitely will get it on my phone.

Literally when I traded all of my shinies and legendaries from my Ultra Sun game to Home, then bringing certain shiny legends and mythicals to Sword, my power grew immensely! I laughed at the fact you can Dynamax Mew, Mewtwo, Solgaleo, and others that I haven’t found out yet.

Thanks for the break down. In my google play I didn't see it either. I got the email, had to add it to my wish list and download it from there. I WISH the switch version and the Phone version functioned the same. I don't like having to use 2 devices when I don't need to. It is actually very inconvenient to me.. I also thought that being able to transfer from S/M US/SM to Sword and Shield was going to be free for 30 days but only poke bank is... that's a let down. Not that is matters unless you pay there isn't enough room to hold the complete Pokedex anyway. I was hoping they would at least do that.

I was able to get all the Unova Legendaries from Black all the way to Sword. Pretty neat that you can use them in-game!
