3:17 This is a case where I would use the Rule of Thirds.

My eye is oscillating between the trumpet player and the right edge where there is a poster and an elbow, both of them bright attention-grabbing. Also, if there is text in a picture I cannot help but read it. And in this case part of the text is missing and I keep looking at to find out what it is about, and I never work it out.

Cropping the right could get rid of the distractions on the right, and also bring the trumpet player to the Third.


Vertically, the player's hands and mouth are nicely on the Third.
