Lily Tang Williams declared Republican winner for New Hampshire's Second Congressional District race

Williams was competing in a crowded race for the nomination. With 58% of precincts reporting, Williams had 34% of the vote, compared to 27% for Vikram Mansharamani and 17% for Bill Hamlen.
