Thanks for this video. I'm always amazed by the importance of perceived level of service. The major part of an airline's service is to bring you from A to B, and every passenger will arrive at the exact same moment, whaterver the price they paid. Don't you think the additional features are incredibly overrated ? The cost to serve one additional passenger (marginal cost) is almost zero...
