Most customers would assume it fits perfectly, especially since their website asks you which model you have before you can order it. Unfortunately that imperfect fit will cause significant metal fatigue over time. Very useful info, thanks!

I use these to attach the bands to the bottom of the TG. 👍

Thanks for the review. I have a pair for my Total Gym Fit model and like someone else said, they are great because you can leave them installed at the base all the time and they don't interfere with the Squat Stand, Pilates stand or even the Cyclotrainer when attached. I wouldn't say they are the most essential attachments to have, but are definitely a "nice to have" if you have a few dollars to spare and saves you time from switching the wing bars when doing a workout. My only complaint about them is that there is no padding on the bars itself, just a rubber non slip grip. For shoulder presses it works fine, but I find it hard on my hands and wrists when doing an incline plank, knee tuck or push ups like you do in your video. As a cheap solution, I picked up a foam pipe insulator from a hardware store (the type you might put on a 3/4 inch hot water pipe at home). I cut the foam into two pieces the length of the handles and they fit nice and offer some extra padding. I don't know how long this foam will last, but for a $3 solution, I have left over foam (it's a 6 foot piece that I bought) and can easily replace when needed.

I’ve been doing a battle rope looped over my total gym and doing a circuit style cardio workout. Titan has a special now on ropes. Excellent form of cardio.

I have these and just keep them attached in the bottom position all the time. When I want to alternate between press ups and pull ups, I just have to put the wing attachment at the top.

I like this attachment for many of the same reasons mentioned in the video and stated in the comments. However, I have the same Total Gym Fit/C.N. edition that you used in the video, but I have the “wobble” issue that you showed on the G1. Do you really get zero wobble on the Fit, or just less than on the G1?

I'd stick with the wing attachment. I find these to be redundant and not as useful. I mean, if you already have the wing attachment, this for me is a pointless acquisition. Truthfully, the tri grip bar thingy is better than these simple handles.
