I read this as a song about addiction. Out of the Woods = clean & sober. Out for good = never using again. The video shows the girl who has cleaned up but is still haunted & feeling like she’s alone, without friends. In the store she fantasizes about being high again, gives up & decides to use again. Her ‘friends’ are there to greet her at the end.

I saw those same white eyed shadows back in 2012, after HS graduation, during a home alone experience. Sitting on the couch only to feel something calling me from behind. Turned around and there it was. Three years later with several LSD experiences, marijuana highs, alcohol black out moments and live Mosh worthy Foals shows, I came to watch this video only to meet with the shadow again.
