the elevator trim is unstable. I need an advise to change it because it is very sensity. It has been impossible to me do a good ils approach keeping the glide slope due to the unstable trim to keep a constant 500ft/min and I begin a fight with the yoke to correct pitching down and up. help me please with this trouble. greetings

the throttle quadrant comes with the yoke or we have to buy it seperetly?
