Wow, it's been a few years since I strolled down the tool covers rabbit hole. And have to say your acoustic style covers (not all 🔧) are most of my most favorites on my old account, just for making them your own while keeping there full integrity. Maynard should have you back him up on one of his many projects! Then there's all you're originals that I swear have medicinal value to the body n soul, never 🍄 in a decade without a few songs off your 1st ep on repeat in the back ground.. hoping for many more

Tool and one of my favourite tracks. Thank you for sharing your creative process on this very different style of cover with us. I thought it was great. this is a tremendous cover of the original. it captures of the intensity, dosent defame the initial conceptual value, and it adds another level of depth to a song that already was well set in layers of depth and substance... i am very impressed. and i love it. i am always very grateful when an artist / musician creates something worth listening to, along side the original work, rather than just simply emulating something that already exists.

I'm generally really critical against tool covers as they are usually cookie cutter and just wrong, but this is a really nice example of someone taking something great and making it their own while not straying too far. Great job and very nice blend of your style and the original. Tool is love, tool is life.

It's difficult to make a cover and simultaneously do something original. You gave a nice touch of emotional depth that hardly feel in a normal cover. AMAZING!
