Jeannette never said she was terrible, she talks about this in her book "I'm glad my mom died" where she said that she had a lot of trouble at that time and Ariana did skip filming and stuff but Jeannette now understands that she was doing her own thing, but says that it did feel bad seeing her becoming so successful when they were in the same place, Ariana never rubbed her success in Jeannette's face, but she did feel like she was

This has nothing to do with jealousy between to cast mates on a TV (actually a small part) this is about how Jennette was feeling around all the things and people that were traumating her and how nickelodeon had a hand in causing. This jealousy she was feeling was caused by then not Ariana. Yes she was trying to get her career to take off but the way Nick handled it was damaging to both girls, that was the point here
